All address changes are handled by CSI Institute Headquarters, who provides the chapters with updated lists monthly. This ultimately impacts your CSI San Francisco mailing address for the newsletter, etc., as well as your roster listing on the CSISF Web Site.

To change your address, phone, fax, or e-mail information do one of the following:

• Visit the Institute website at www.csinet.org ... Login and make your changes.
• Fax your updated information to (703) 684-8436 Attn: Member Services. Be sure to include your CSI member number.
• Mail the information to: CSI, Attn: Member Services, 99 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA  22314.
• Call CSI at (800) 689-2900.
